🌞 Win of the Day: Woke Up Symptom-Free!


First time in forever, I rolled out of bed without a gastric plot twist. Cue the confetti and little dance break. 💃

Mornings used to feel like a choose-your-own-adventure starring my gut—would it be peaceful pajama time or the stomach Olympics? Waking up tends to bring a mini panic sessions—“Will today be a 15 trips to the bathroom… or worse?” But today? A win. And that’s worth celebrating.

I typical start my mornings out consistently:

  1. A soothing matcha —homemade or Starbucks, depending on mood.
  2. A little journal session—brain dump, gratitude check-in, goals for the work day.
  3. Then, off to the rest of my world—to work, create, and live with purpose, not panic.

Oh—and guess what? Starbucks has jumped aboard the healthy train. They’re partnering with the new administration (yes, the RFK Jr. crew) to make their menu better—ditching artificial dyes, HFCS, and fake flavors. That means your morning matcha or latte just got a little less guilty. ☕
