My Journey Starts Here.

For a long time, I’ve felt like a prisoner in my own body. A year ago. My health took a turn for the worst. Between unpredictable digestive issues, fatigue, and the emotional toll that comes with chronic health struggles, life started to feel like a waiting game—waiting for answers, waiting to feel better, waiting for permission to fully live again.

But I’m done waiting.

This blog is my space to document what happens when I stop letting fear and frustration take the wheel. I’m on a journey—not toward perfection, but toward healing. Toward strength. Toward peace.

You’ll see a mix of everything here: what I’m eating (and how I’m figuring out what works for my body), how I’m moving (and learning to appreciate my body again), and the small daily shifts I’m making to reduce stress and reclaim joy. I want this to be honest, not curated. There will be wins, setbacks, breakthroughs, and probably some humor, because sometimes you have to laugh at how complicated things can get before they get better.
