How I got my face from this ⬇️

Step one 1️⃣ Skincare routine
- ceramide cleaner in the shower (doesn’t matter what brand - for me at least- I use a cheap target brand).
- Salic acid toner (I use target brand and it works great!)
- 3x week Retinol (currently using drunk elephant) 
- niacinamide (currently using glow recipe glow drops)

- follow up with a light moisturizer (whatever works best with your skin)
- recently.. I also added some red light therapy to my routine (3x a week) to help with any breakthrough pimples or inflammation. So far so good but I will return with more concrete results as I continue to do it!

Step two 2️⃣ Diet:
- incorporating Whole Foods to my diet
- meal planning/ tracking and ensuring I am getting not only enough calories but the right calories (enough protein, less carbs in the evening, lots of fiber!!)
- tracking water intake (at least 40-54 oz a day)




Step three 3️⃣ exercise :
- tracking steps
- started at home Pilates ( I recommend the Blogilates app!!)

- ensuring movement, sweat and blood flow have created a noticeable difference in my face!!

Just continuously working on these things have made huge impacts to my overall daily health!!
